Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let websites remember information about your visit — things like which pages you viewed or whether you accepted a cookie notice — so you do not have to re-enter that information each time.
Cookies are widely used and do not typically contain personal details such as your name or payment information. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can choose to restrict or remove them at any time.
2. Cookie Types We Use
Essential Cookies
Always active
These cookies are required for the website to work properly. They handle things like remembering your cookie preferences (so we do not ask you every time) and basic session behaviour. You cannot disable these without affecting how the site functions.
- cookieConsent — stores your cookie preferences locally so the consent banner is not shown on every visit.
Analytics Cookies
Optional
These help us understand how visitors interact with the site — which pages are visited most, how long people spend on them, and where they arrive from. This helps us improve the experience over time. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics cookies.
- Page view tracking, session duration, traffic source.
- Typical retention: up to 26 months.
Marketing Cookies
Optional
Marketing cookies are used to understand the effectiveness of any referral links or promotional activity that brought you to the site. They may be set by third-party services. If you prefer not to share this information, you can disable them below.
- Referral and campaign tracking.
- Typical retention: up to 90 days.
Preference Cookies
Optional
These cookies remember choices you have made on the site, such as display preferences or region settings, so you do not need to set them again on future visits.
- Language or region preferences.
- Typical retention: up to 12 months.

3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set by third-party services that appear on this site. At present, these may include:
- Google Maps — used to display our office location on the contact section. Google may set its own cookies when the map is loaded.
- Google Fonts — used to load our typography. Requests to Google's servers may result in session cookies being set by Google.
- Analytics providers — if analytics cookies are enabled, an analytics service may set cookies on your device.
We have no direct control over third-party cookies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
4. Cookie Duration
- Session cookies — these exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted automatically when you close the browser.
- Persistent cookies — these remain on your device for a set period. Our consent cookie persists for up to 12 months so we do not ask you again each visit. Analytics and marketing cookies have their own durations as noted above.
5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can control or remove cookies through your browser settings. Instructions for common browsers are below.
Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top right. Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data. From here you can block third-party cookies, clear existing cookies, or set exceptions for specific sites.
Click the three-line menu in the top right and go to Settings → Privacy & Security. Under "Cookies and Site Data" you can manage and clear cookies. Firefox also has Enhanced Tracking Protection you can adjust by clicking the shield icon in the address bar.
On Mac, go to Safari → Settings → Privacy. Enable "Prevent cross-site tracking" and manage website data under "Manage Website Data". On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security.

On Android, open your browser's menu and look for Settings → Privacy or Site Settings. On iOS, most cookie controls are accessed through Settings → [Browser Name] rather than within the browser itself. The steps vary depending on which browser app you use.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time by updating your preferences above or through your browser settings.
- Ask us what information we hold relating to cookie-derived data by contacting us at the address below.
Please be aware that disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using the website, but it may limit some functionality and means we cannot improve the experience based on usage patterns.
