How every Nyxara engagement is structured
Every service starts with listening. Before we sketch anything, we want to understand the feature you're considering, the users who'll interact with it, and the constraints your development team is working within.
From there, the work varies by service tier — from a single discussion and flow sketch at the consultation level, through to full script design, fallback handling, and review sessions in the design package and programme.
All services end with a written output. Documentation is the core of what we provide — because a well-designed voice interaction that isn't clearly documented rarely makes it through to the build in one piece.
Discovery conversation
We discuss the feature, the users, the product context, and what the spoken interaction should accomplish.
Flow mapping
We map the conversation as a flow — showing each spoken step, branch, and fallback.
Script and documentation
We write what the system should say at each point — and document it in a format your team can hand to developers.
Review and handover
We review the work together and confirm the handover pack is ready. Post-delivery questions are included.

Voice Flow Consultation

A discussion-led service for teams who are considering a voice or speech-driven feature but haven't committed to building yet. We map a sample interaction, sketch the spoken steps, and talk through what would be involved to develop it well. Suited to product owners who are exploring the idea rather than executing it.

- One working session (up to 90 minutes) to discuss the feature and map the interaction

- A short written summary of findings, considerations, and recommended next steps

Voice Interface Design Package
