Case Study 01 · Fintech
Voice payment confirmation for a digital wallet app
Challenge
The team had built a voice payment step but users were abandoning the flow at high rates. The spoken prompts were technically functional but felt confusing — users didn't know whether they'd confirmed a payment or not.
Solution
Nyxara ran the design package engagement, redesigning the confirmation flow with clearer spoken feedback at each step. Fallback handling was documented for cases where users spoke an unexpected response or hesitated.
Outcome
Abandonment in the voice confirmation step dropped significantly after the redesigned flow was implemented. The team reported fewer support tickets related to payment confirmation uncertainty within the first month.

Case Study 02 · Logistics
Driver check-in voice flow for a last-mile delivery platform
Challenge
Drivers were using the platform while in vehicles, making touch-based interfaces impractical for check-in steps. The product team needed a voice alternative but had no experience designing conversational flows.
Solution
The design package covered three check-in scenarios — start of shift, delivery confirmation, and incident reporting. Each flow was designed for noisy environments, with short prompts and clear spoken confirmations throughout.
Outcome
The developer handover pack was used directly by the implementation team with no reinterpretation required. The product team described the process as the smoothest design-to-build handover they'd experienced for a new feature.

Multi-flow voice programme for an enterprise productivity tool
Challenge
The client was adding voice capabilities across four different workflows in their enterprise tool. Consistency across all four was important — users switching between workflows needed to feel like they were in the same product.
Solution
The Voice Experience Programme covered all four flows and produced a voice design guidelines document alongside the individual handover packs. Review sessions at each milestone kept the client team aligned on direction.
Outcome
All four flows were implemented with a consistent voice feel. Three months after delivery, the internal team used the guidelines document to extend one of the flows independently — the first time they'd done so without external support.
